   According to GB/T 19001-2008, GB/T 14001-2004, OHSAS18001-2001 standards to establish an integrated management model of quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and a set of perfect service system, include pre-sales services, sale and after-sale services. Jitaly has trained a large number of service personnel, and taking Beijing as the center, many big cities will establish radial service network in offices, achieving fast, efficient and satisfied services.

I. Installation Service

   After-sales service professionals can guide customers how to install, how to use, and how to maintenance, and answer the relevant problems that customers put forward, also they can do some training about battery knowledge when customers required.

II. After-sales Service

  i. Our products carry out "three-item of warranty" since the second date after signing in accordance with the contract requirements. The three items are repair, refund, and replacement.

  ii. During the warranty period, our service center will arrange the nearest person to provide you with free replacement and maintenance services within 24 hours if there has quality problems under normal use.
 
iii. During the warranty period, if you use and maintain products under abnormal situation, our service center will arrange the person to the site immediately and take effective steps to troubleshoot and make sure the normal operation of equipment. Our principle is handle failure first, then analysis reason.

  iv. During the warranty period, our company will provide you the same new products for free for temporary use if Jitaly cannot troubleshoot within 15 days after received the inform, and then make sure the normal operation.

  v. During the warranty period, our company will undertake the material loss cost and personnel fees within warranty scope.

  vi. No matter what any feedback about the quality of the products the customers give, our after-sales personnel will do inspection services to customers when customers use our products in 3-6 months, so that we can know your usage information and your demand. When you use our products more than 1 year, we will guide you how to equalizing charge, and know the capacity loss in every period. After services, the personnel will record your suggestion and fill in “maintenance record card”.

  vii. After the expiry of the warranty, if the equipment can run normally, we will continue to provide free testing service for the customer, if need to repair, you just pay material cost and free transportation.

III. Service Mode

   Dear customer, when you choose and buy our products, any problems appear you can do as follows:

   a .  Jitaly service center personnel will answer your questions and solve your                problems in time.

   b .   If service center personnel cannot solve your problems, we will arrange the nearest station for you to test.

ii. Contact with your seller directly.

   a.   The seller will help you test machine and solve the problems.

   b.   If seller cannot solve your problems, the seller will return your machine to Jatily station and the professional person will solve.

iii. You can take the products directly to local service center, and service personnel will test and solve.

IV. Service Assurance

   i. Sound service network

    Jitaly set up a sound after-sales service network, and also set up offices in Beijing, Xi’an,Taiyuan, Shijiazhuang, Zhengzhou, Guangzhou and other cities. Every office has a car and 2-4 professional person, so they can handle the problems in time.

  ii. Insurance company acceptance

All our products are related to product quality insurance and product liability insurance of PICC(People's Insurance Company of China).

  iii. High standard service system
    According to GB/T 19001-2008, GB/T 14001-2004, OHSAS18001-2001 standards to establish an integrated management model of quality, environment, occupational health and safety, and a set of perfect service system, include pre-sales services, sale and after-sale services. Jitaly also establish detailed service files, and we will provide customers the pre-sale installation, commissioning and after-sales maintenance services in life-cycle of battery.
